It's just before eight in the morning on a Tuesday, I'm stuck at work, and carrying a flask to work is typically a no-go, so I can't even blot the crap I've read here out of my mind. Sure, I'm getting out of the military before her coronation is done with, but my little brother's going into operational army when she is... And I had a nightmare last night. I'm on my way back to my fiancée and our girlfriend after class is over with at the college I'm going to, only to see a motorcade in front of our apartment-- only to see someone get out in Class A's, with a folded up flag in their hands.

They tell me my little brother-- the boy I gave more than a pound of flesh and a quart of blood trying to protect as he grew up-- was killed in Syria. I have no doubts we're going back, and now, well, there's nothing I can do to stop it.
