7. Tweets don't embed for me because I have the NoScript add-on installed.

To embed tweets I have to 'Disable Blocking For This Site' for DU in FireFox and also allow scripts from both twimg.com and twitter.com.

Perhaps another add-on you have installed is causing an issue. You could try temporarily disabling all of your add-ons in FireFox to see if tweets appear when none of them running. If you can see them, re-enable your add-ons one at a time and check for embedded tweets to find out which add-on(s) prevent tweets from showing here.

If you still can't see them with all your add-ons disabled, it still could be some setting in FireFox to prevent trackers. You should determine that none of your add-ons are the problem before digging into the browser settings further though.
