(4,407 posts)They don't seem to care at all about issues, just supporting the (D). There also seems to be a strong component of supporting the (D) frontrunner. So in 2008, that was supporting Hillary, now it's supporting Hillary again. When the Snowden thing happened, they were seriously pissed, not because of the isseu but because it made the (D) look bad. With this issue of data and all the evidence surrounding it, like how the database owner has worked with the Clintons for decades or how he was told about the problems with the firewall, none of that matters. The only thing that matters is that they can say Bernie stole their stuff and Hillary is a victim of Bernie's evil and underhanded practices.
What this whole thing is showing in even more stark relief is that most of us on DU actually care about issues. We care about corruption. We care about electing people who will actually help the country and make it better for people. The people who support Hillary (and condemned Snowden) really don't care about all that. They only care about their team. If their team happened to be a child-raping priest, they would blame the child.
Personally, I have a real problem voting for corruption, and the information on this data issue shows a lot of corruption between Hillary, the DNC, DWS. That's a serious issue, and it really can't be swept under party loyalty.
