that seems to characterize many American voters. People understand that government has come to a virtual standstill but are unsure as to whom to blame. Since the Democrats are in power (Obama, Senate), it seems logical that they are to blame for the standstill. Voters will accordingly punish the uncooperative Democrats by voting in Rethuglicans. Rinse and repeat.
