B) even if Tennant doesn't have a lot of chance in WV, getting Tennant within sparring distance means repukes have to spend money there, which takes it away from other states.

And oh yeah, the pragmatism thing. I know that may be a disappointment for some of Warren's followers, but it's a relief to lots of us.

Because if Tenant somehow does get elected, she will NOT be filibustering Obama's nominees. On the other hand, if control of the Senate goes to the repukes .... not one single remotely decent nomination will get through at all. Filibusters won't even be needed because they just won't be brought to the floor. Isn't it bad enough already?
