Mergers, corporate buy outs, newspapers folding, declining revenues because of the internet: I really think that what's been happening to our press is a far greater danger than Trump could ever pose. And it really started with the cheer leading for the Iraq war. Imagine 25 years ago when we still had bastions of a free press. Imagine a candidate trying to get away with 1% of the things Trump's done.
