The 4 year upgrade to the VA Obama started (everything was on paper files!) needs a strong leader to keep the upgrade moving foward. Hagle backed the long battle for more agent orange medical help that President Obama started. He's a Vietnam Vet with a very good record.

plus he shares the Kennedy,Obama portie dog love so he can't be all bad

wonder if General Powell is considered for any admin positions. Remember reading the president and Powell speak frequently.
