almost always the one with the most pledged delegates. In 2016 Hillary Clinton has both and Sanders has neither.

Superdelegates are irrelevant to me in this case, except for what their rejection of Bernie says about their evaluations of him.

But Octafish, let me make clear. I am farther left than Hillary and wanted a more leftward candidate. After watching Bernie all these months, however, I firmly believe that Bernie is NOT the right stuff for president, not by temperament, intellect, judgement, or ethics. I would vote for him if he were my only choice, of course, but that is all.
