1. I watch this program on PBS called Journeys to Japan..

It is usually a non Japanese person that is fluent in Japanese that travels the country. They show all the different sights in the different parts of the country. It's interesting that the announcer in this youtube vid is the same one on the PBS program. It's NHK so I guess he is their go to person...
