able to help you. They truly are a wonderful place. We learned that the group called Research for Life will use Jay's entire body. Barrow will use his brain. Research for life will study my son's neurofibromatosis and because he also has kyphosis/scoliosis orthopedic studies will be done.
The only draw back for me because I love to learn is that I will not get any information on the studies his body is helping. I am hoping that Dr. Sanai, his neurosurgeon, will recognize Jay's brain. Dr. Sanai is doing research and Jay's body will be part of that research project.
