Is it a sin for a homosexual to have concurrent multiple sex partners?

Is it a sin for a homosexual to have uncommitted sexual relations?

Is it a sin for a bisexual married man to have a homosexual partner in addition to his wife


The Church considers anyone, straight or gay, doing that to be in a state of sin. You shouldn't single out one group.

In the meantime, what the Church considers sinful should not be a basis for civil law. "Give to Caesar . . . "etc.
