I'm reading Gar Alperovitz' new book "What Then Must We Do" and he addresses many approaches I resonate with very strongly (worker- and community-owned cooperatives), but he also mentions regionalism as a practical necessity for a country the size (geographically and population-wise) of the US.

I also agree about a leaderless revolution for many reasons.

Does anyone participate in online book clubs any more? I'd love to have discussions about several books in my awareness right now. I have the space but haven't asked out loud in a while about interest in such a thing.

Does DU have a private book club section I don't know about?
