It takes a bit to get use to it. Your arms are down by your sides next to your hips. The bike goes where you look so when turning don't look at the bike..... look where you want to go.
U turns are a bit interesting.. Once I did the look thru thing it was ok. Like riding my motorcycle.. Eyes up, look thru.
The bike is way more comfortable on my back and butt than a standard.. YMMV
