10 years ago diversity in craft brewing meant a couple employees were clean shaven...

My son's fiance is a brewer at a Belleville Il craft brewery and is approximately 100% of the woman brewers in the St Louis Area.

I can't recall meeting any AA brewers in the area, but my knowledge is limited frankly.
