Actually, it was a different adjective that first came to mind, but I don't want to invite a hide here.

Some people's need to tell black people what is in their best interest (and especially who to vote for) reminds me very much of the Jim Crow era in the south where that was common, even expected. Sad that some DUer are openly expressing that white supremacy again.
