I like to roll the wrap tight, foil it and chill. Then slice into rounds. We'll hit 100 here today so I'm putting together cool stuff to pick on.

(on edit) Blended tuna, avos, hummus, pear tomatoes (ate the cherry tomatoes out of hand), garlic, scallions, lime and some tabasco. Turned in some shredded lettuce, wrapped and chilling. A finger sample tasted pretty good.
