7. Chashu Tonktsu Ramen...

Hand made ramen, with chashu (pork - soy sauce, rice wine, sake, ginger), negi (scallions), corn, tamago (egg). And small piece of leftover chashu pork with karashi (spicy mustard) on the side.....mmmmm. With a cold beer.
