1. Sauerkraut balls and salad

I made the sauerkraut balls with my homemade bulk pork loin sausage, sauerkraut and cream cheese. Baked, not fried. Romaine with onions, radish, and celery, some Mozzarella cheese and creamy Italian dressing. Nice cool down from all of the holiday food.

I'm looking forward to seeing food ideas thru January
