Being healthy is the goal. When you weigh yourself it can be self-defeating. Forget about the scales. Eat a healthy diet (which sounds like you are doing), try and up your exercise habits, and stay positive. The pounds will eventually come off.

You need lots of veggies, goid fats and proteins at every meal. Only whole grains.
