I have never had a c-pap hangover. The symptoms you describe I felt before the machine. I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea and my machine is on 16. Yours seems real high, is your mask leaking during the night. and do you have a humidifier? Don't give up, can you afford another sleep study with your equipment?
