AFAIK this is nothing but bluster. but I have not checked it out with our organization yet.

Seems to me they cannot create a religion without those who would be relegated to it agree. Seems to me religious groups create themselves. Seems to me if there is a federal law the state will have some hoops to jump if they want to do this?

I do not know the ins and outs of all this but I can tell you that it will not go unchallenged.
