31. I have met police officers who were manipulated or tricked by enemy aircraft or satellites

Other security officers, who also believed they were receiving secret messages from U.S. Federal agencies, - or "satellites" - in the stupidest ways imaginable, have also become a problem, in the past; but readers OF ALL NATIONS better realize that "What comes around goes around, or in Biblical terms "As ye sow, so shall ye reap."

Often, security guards, police officers and even federal agents are led to believe that satellites of friendly agencies are guiding them with music, signals or stupid talking technologies. ANYONE CAN BE TRICKED BY SATELLITES AND CHINESE AIRCRAFT, WHICH SEND POLICE OFFICERS ON WILD GOOSE CHASES, WHILE DANGEROUS CRIMINALS - SMUGGLING DRUGS, WEAPONS OR SEX SLAVE TRADERS - EVADE ARREST, AFTER LAW ENFORCEMENT IS SENT TO INVESTIGATE OTHERS FOR RELATIVELY MINOR CRIMES. Which fool in China still believes that EVERY nation that China attacks will not retaliate in totally unpredictable ways? Do ANY Chinese fools still think using my high profile status to create signals, which threaten leaders, satellite and intelligence agencies - of every other nation, including China - is wise or funny? There are PLENTY of dangerous illegal eavesdroppers, hackers and killers - who are ready, willing and able to retaliate against highly ranked Chinese military traitors to The People's Republic of China. Investigating agents in China can also become aware of the names, locations and illegal bank transactions of these "TIGER-FLIES!" In a diplomatic effort to end a secret version of World War III, every kind of technology will be used to expose, bankrupt or kill these traitors! As I rewrote this section, the Ministry of Information in Beijing gave their typical signal on my computer to show the support of their agency and President Xi. Their signal was widely documented and reported. Idea-inducing frequency by foreign aircraft or satellites will not be an effective defense in Chinese courts, after these "Tiger-flies" are arrested. MANY people know exactly who is responsible for these attacks and EVERYONE - in China - who supports, advocates or orders attacks on me or other people, who support and work to reduce crime - on an international basis - will regret their poor choices, in one way or another.
