7. End of Q1 money is rotating out of tech and into the most speculative plays

Big banks will pull the plug on tech soon. Speculative plays and value plays are popular this week. Gurus chiming small cap and Asia, and a little Europe. MU Micron has moved about 40 points in a few weeks.

Soon I will need more computers to keep track of all this nonsense.
