Then I decided to try hot tea, but the tea served in most restaurants is Lipton or an equal noxious version. I moved up to Bigelow's Earl Gray tea which is lovely with just a hint of bergamot.

Currently, my favorite is Bigelow's Plantation Mint which is black tea with peppermint - very mild and refreshing. I also drink various herbal infusions - mint, peach, and lemon with ginger are my favorites, with an occasional raspberry cup.
