This is from I think Butte Country press release, the Safe And Well website is https://safeandwell.communityos.org/cms/

If you're concerned for them and have an address, there are three lines to report missing persons as well

If you are looking for someone, please contact the American Red Cross at The Safe and Well Website. If you see someone on this list, please contact authorities at the Red Cross as soon as possible.
