One of the women is a widow, her husband died last year of Alzheimer's. That did lead to a discussion of others we knew who are experiencing the same dreadful disease. Most discussion was upbeat though.

There were some serious questions from me about when my good friend was going to plant okra. He is my okra source and he grows it to my great enjoyment.
