I am living in a quiet condo but have an annual membership with a sports complex. It has several pools, including a hydro therapy pool, which comes in handy for my fractured spine bones from a fall in March. I also can go an cycle in the weight room. I get to see people often and can socialize. I know this important. This is a good op. Very helpful for me. I go Monday to Friday.

Bravo! You're doing what you need to do, to take care of yourself. CaliforniaPeggy Jun 2023 #1
