40. Cigarettes killed my father and grandfather... I watched it happen.

And STILL... with all the evidence in front of me, I continued to smoke for so many years. During my father's final weeks he knew and understood why he was in the shape he was in. He encouraged me to stop smoking, but it was another 10 years before I'd give it up.
