Burglary and Fraud. The burglary on a 4-5 year old low-end phone ain't much. An attempt to defraud me of over $5K feels bigger, but I'm waiting to hear what going to happen and then I expect to talk to the prosecutor (we've been watching lots of cop shows lately. Just binge watched The Closer followed by Major Crimes so I'm assuming that's sort of the way things work. I want them to go for both!

I seriously doubt he would have tried anything if we had been home.
