(4,141 posts)11. When the cashier tells me what to do to process my debit card payment.
There is one person at a pharmacy who knows exactly what to say just before I start pushing buttons. It's like she thinks I can't read or 4 seconds for me to know what the system wants me to enter (these checkout systems are not all the same.!) I just started paying in cash to shut off the instructions.
I know they have to comply with company protocol, help low vision customers, and distracted customers, but f*** I cannot figure out why I seen to need extra help.

Ditto here---I also refuse to use the touch pad ordering at a local McDonalds.
