In perhaps his sharpest responses yet, Judge Scott McAfee shot down both Sidney Powell and Kenneth Chesebro's attempts to dismiss their charges in Georgia. Powell alleged that Fulton County DA Fani Willis was responsible for prosecutorial misconduct, and Chesebro claimed the prosecutor on the case failed to file paperwork in a timely manner. - 10/06/2023.
