So there was no sense of breast aversion. There was a common misperception that males suffered cardiac events at a much higher rate. I get no feeling it was about physiology-just common wisdom which was incorrect. As to airbags I would rather see a design centered around a lower height and weight even though I am a larger and heavier man. I would hope to never be in that severe an accident but expect a system set to save a middle ground-sat 5' 6" and 125lb would occasionally save a guy my size and almost never kill a smaller driver...
