Maybe I'm naive but to me it ain't rocket science. Just do what other successful countries have done. For instance Taiwan.. 23 million people and like 800 cases of the virus and 7, yes only SEVEN deaths. They were ready for the pandemic b/c they got hit hard by the SARS virus years ago. Testing, quarantine, tracing etc.. Do what they did... and modify it to our situation.
