I can remember a time when it was different . . . seems centuries ago, but it wasn't.

Notice how a few suited guys in the background suddenly move forward, ready to pounce on the good doctor if he does anything threatening, like get up from his seat?

Store front dummy needs to stay out of diners, that is all.
