Should tRump bumble into some sort of mistaken nuclear exchange, say with an adversary like North Korea or even Russia for that matter, there would be a counter-strike and there would be no pulling punches on their part. In other words, they would launch a full retaliatory response with the assumption that it's all over. I don't have comfort in the so-called Fail Safe measures being able to prevent this from happening. If this should happen, there won't be enough time or enough safe cover for the majority of citizens and wouldn't matter much any way. It would be better to be vaporized at first strike than to have to try to live in the aftermath. This would be civilization and planetary extinction event, make no mistake about it.
