And I’ll go in a limb here and say I very much doubt her story. (Just as I doubted the allegations against the SCOTUS justice.)

Unlike many, I believe lots of people lie for political reasons, including about rape. I think it’s from my time as a volunteer family court lawyer. I think 80% of the people there lied, both sides.

But she is entitled to a fair hearing and some due process.

We must be consistent.
