Sudan's National Intelligence and Security Services said that she had South Sudanese travel documents, despite not being a citizen of South Sudan, and she was heading to the United States, which is not her native country.

Well, she certainly can't get a Sudanese passport or exit visa while she's in jail, can she? If her marriage is not recognized by the Sudanese government, would she be able to get a passport anyway? And what if the court doubles down AGAIN and says that they have to leave their children behind?

Here's hoping the U.S. and South Sudanese ambassadors bring enough money with them.
