What was Zimmerman doing for the 2 1/2 minutes from 7:13:41 and 7:16:11? If Zimmerman had given up the chase he would have been at his truck waiting for the police as it was only 30 yards away. But he wasn't. He was still in roughly the same place lurking the whole while. Was he simply waiting Martin out, expecting him to come out of hiding so he could apprehend him? Nobody has ever explained that 2 1/2 minutes. Where in this time line has Martin done anything to confront Zimmerman? And where does it support your contention that Zimmerman had given up the chase. Martin took off running at 7:11:33 and emerged from hiding at roughly 7:16:03. That is 4 1/2 minutes. Outwardly it looks like Martin thought the coast was clear and decided to come out of hiding only to have Zimmerman spot him and the heated exchange started. Keep your response in context with the timeline above and focused on the 2 1/2 unexplained minutes.
