Its not Biden "BLAMES' Trump.

I mean yes, he does blame him, but it goes way beyond that. Totally wrong syntax. Purposely done to make it come off more as some kind of subjective opinion. Or that its more ..Biden whines about Trump. It should be more like:

Biden points out who is to blame for....
Biden educates voters on who is to blame for....
Biden reveals who is responsible for appointing the extremist activist judges that abolished women's rights.
