I see many things that might getting done, but not getting done well. My personal outlook sees more events like this happening across the infrastructure. There have been several barge collisions on the Ohio Rive. No matter where they happen, they make the local news. An overpass on I77 by Parkersburg, WV was damaged by a truck a couple years ago, and it took months for both lanes to reopen. May as well look ahead and see what preventative measures could be put in place
