The fact he knew how deadly it was and chose to lie about it and tried to use it for political gain was unfair.
The fact his abject negligence caused hundreds of thousands to die isolated from their loved ones was unfair.
The fact that the lawful "speedy trial" rule in National Security related cases is delayed is unfair.
