Doesn't that also include people with physical disabilities? The call center I worked at actually hired numerous people who for various reasons were confined to wheelchairs or needed walking devices since they were perfectly capable of working a computer and a telephone and I believe the company received tax breaks for being inclusive and supportive of this.
