6. In the 1990s I watched CNBC daily

I turned it on recently and the perspective was alien to me. All that mattered was big thoughts about money. The talking head anchors struck me as insipid robots lacking in real thoughts and the content for novices. If parched for investment advice, I'd go to YouTube first.

Shep? I never followed him. He made a few headlines with a jab from the right at conservative principles. I wasn't impressed, won't be watching or curious, and wonder if a movement to news means the business/stock schtick is drying up? How many times can you watch Fast Money and Joe Kernen read Warren Buffet headlines?
