Masking and tracing slows the spread of the virus. The current US crisis states didn't shutdown and mask enough.

When I see an unmasked person I scoot in the opposite direction. Very few are noncompliant. But I don't get out much.

If supermarkets are operating as well as can be expected, and I've heard nothing to the contrary in two months, then they have rules that are working. Study and copy those.
