I would go with the "stirrer of shit" motivation, and not necessarily by the "social distancing" crowd.
Let's see what comes out in the investigation. Dim wits who can't spell probably left some clues...
It easy to jump to an obvious conclusion. Accurate conclusions can be anything BUT obvious.
