He does have a choice.....the choice is to honor the oath he took and damn the consequences or slink down into the cesspool of corruption that is running the country right now.

First choice is hard and takes honor and character and a deep abiding love of your country. But a true patriot would say it was an easy choice.

Second choice is easy and takes nothing but avarice.
