His decisions are all based on how it benefits him. Clearly, the most likely benefit to him is as ALWAYS money.

The greedy SOB is stealing from the taxpayers at every chance they get. Starting with the Trump Hotel that violates the emolument clause in the Constitution. That is only the start of a long list of how the Trump grifters are enriching themselves.
