If you going to try and GUT Social Security and Medicare from the inside out like he'd doing with the ACA it's best to wait until after Nov 3rd 2020.

Nah...he'll just go ahead with his huge capital gains tax cut so the rich can make millions in the stock market and pay almost a ZERO tax rate. That's what Bush.IDIOT fought for for years.
