22. The Board names the honorees of lifetime achievement awards every year.

Trump, for a lifetime of artistry in speech!

and Trump again, for a lifetime of accumulation of money!

and Trump again, for great hair!

I looked it up, and there are a lot of board members. Looks like maybe 50. Almost all of them are either Fed govt department heads (Trumpers) or appointees by the Prez (36 of them!). And the First Lady is an honorary Trustee. So it's already run by whatever administration is in office, except that appointees serve a 6 year term. So a new President gets to appoint only those whose terms have expired. So I would expect that many are still Obama appointees, since he was in office for 8 years.

Maybe Trump has found a source of funding for his wall.
