and then ship the product elsewhere. Basically, we take all of the environmental risks for a short term jobs program.

Screw that...invest in renewable energy projects that are long term investments in our energ, economic, and environmental security. Veto this POS legislation, then contrast it with a bill that will really help the middle-class with jobs and clean energy.
